*We offer a £30 per week discount for clients who do not require our bed-linen and towels. This may not apply if any other special offers apply

Minimum hire period from 20th June to 29th August 2008 is 7 nights.

Minimum hire period at all other times is 3 nights. No linen is supplied with hires of less than 7 nights.

For motorhome travel outside the UK mainland, please add £49.50 per week or part of a week
The hirer is responsible for the first £1000 (the excess) in the event of any damage to the motorhome whilst it is on hire, but Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can voluntarily reduce the excess to £500.00 at the following rates:
For hires of 7 nights or less - CDW costs £12.50 per day
For hires of 8 to 14 nights - CDW costs £10.95 per day
For hires of 15 to 21 nights - CDW costs £10.00 per day
25% non-refundable deposit required with booking. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Strathaven Motorhomes require the hirer to leave a security deposit of £750.00 on a credit card until the end of hire. The deposit is taken separately and is returned at the end of the hire as long as the vehicle is returned with no damage. See Terms and Conditions

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturday 9am - 12.30pm and we are usually closed on a Sunday
Should you wish to reserve a vehicle for collection / return outwith these hours, please telephone to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Please note: our office is not always manned, so if you intend visiting us, please telephone in advance to ensure we will have someone on site for you.
